This FT-IR Purge Gas Generator equipment supply pure nitrogen gas to analysis chamber which analysis for gas characteristic by FT-IR (Infrared Spectroscopy method) or where required for pure nitrogen gas using by absorbent as CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve).
