FESTEC’s Time & Pressure Tester measures ignition effects of hazardous materials (explosive materials) under airtight conditions by UN HAZARD CONTROL. Normally, it measures ignition cases that pressure of industrial packing status has exposure.

② Pressure Tank
It was made in Cylinder Type with 89mm in length and 60mm of outer diameter.
③ Ventilation Plug
It was made in Thread Type to fix Explosion Disk.
④ Spark Plug
It was made to apply 5V from Power Supply as an ignition device. And, it has separate structure to test liquid and solid materials individually.
⑤ O-Ring
The tester was equipped with Viton O-Ring so as to prevent pressure from leaking to the outside.
⑥ Side Arm
The tester could be equipped with Pressure Transducer to measure pressure in Tank. It was placed as far away from Pressure Tank as possible by connecting additional Teflon Hose for protection of Pressure Transducer.
⑦ Tank Supporter
It is used to fix the Pressure Tank as the Pressure Tank may be rushed out during test. It may be firmly fixed to the bottom of Main Chamber.
