The operation performance tester is a system to comprehensively perform the EU standard test of the respiratory protective apparatus.  It systemizes the actual process of human breathing to check the valid operating time of respiratory protective device by measuring oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide elimination capacity using a certain amount of air intake and exhaust.  It can also help assessing whether the apparatus can ensure safety from toxic gas in case of fire.

• It is designed to enable the calibration of principal section such as CO2 and O2 concentration before the test.
• The control and display units are placed in the easily visible location to assure ease of operation.  Each part of the system can be individually inspected and calibrated before the test.
• The mock pharynx is manufactured of two types so that it will be compatible with the nose frame or mouse piece type breathing device.
• The system can auto set up and/or control the test conditions such as simulated breath counts, air inhale/exhale volume per breath, CO2 concentration and relative humidity.
• The mock pharynx is designed so that only the standard conforming sensors are placed in the locations of the mock pharynx to be appropriate for air inhale/exhale resistance and temperature measurement without affecting the test when the breathing device can be freely mounted and dismounted to and from the tester.
• The forehead side of mock pharynx can be connected to the measuring unit of leaked gas.
