FESTEC’s LOI(Limited Oxygen Index tester) measures minimum oxygen concentration as necessary when specimen combustion. This equipment’s the oxygen analyser is adapted Paramagnetic Type which has a precise, long life, less error rate and high reliability.
TI (Temperature Index Tester) measures temperature index of specimen by heated mixing gases on temperature up to 400℃ in the atmosphere oxygen concentration. According to ISO 4589-3, high temperature is best factor to assess combustibility of materials better than Oxygen Index.
FESTEC's Limited Oxygen Index tester lowers the height of glass chimney, gives data result from DAQ System interfaced with PC. And this has simple design and convenience such as foot switch.

Temperature Oxygen Index

Oxygen concentration, standby temperature, ignition time, and combustion time for the Limited Oxygen Index Tester are measured with DAQ Board and Foot Switch, and deviation of measured values and oxygen index values are automatically calculated to print out result sheet.
Also, the Temperature Oxygen Index Tester adopts the Sample Temperature Thermocouple to measure temperature of mixed gases and automatically perform Elavated Temperature Oxygen Index and Flammability Temperature test on the Software.
