Single Vertical Flame Spread Tester, SVF-938, IEC60332-1
FESTEC’s Single Vertical Flame Spread Tester is included in IEC 60332-1, IEC 60695-2-4-0 & 1 standards. This test use for method requires a set volume Chamber in standardized for source of ignition in electrical or optical, make stand straight of wires or cables vertically for the vertical arrange flame spread of the equipment.

• Test Chamber’s dimension is 300±25(W) x 450±25(D) x 1200±25(H), bottom surface of test chamber has a thickness of 12.7 mm of Lumi-Board
• Single Vertical Flame Tester’s Burner used source of ignition(burner) is made from IEC 60695-2-4-1
• When during Calibration test, put Enclosure Box vertically. During testing, put specimen 45 degree angle
• Burner into the gas flow is 10±0.5L/Min for Air and 650mL/Min for Propane Gas. Also Air and Gas control for pressure of 0~7.5kPa.
• The correct gas flow control for using MFC(Mass Flow Controller-Optional part)
• Using switch and counter which is located Control Panel, it can check Calibration of Burner, Auto Ignition, After flame and After glow
• When between bottom of upper holder and burning start point distance is over 50mm, it is pass.
But, when it spread down over 540mm from bottom of upper holder, it is fail.
