• DAQ System 을 이용하여 MFC (Mass Flow Controller) & Inverter 를 제어함으로서 버너 내부로 공급되는 Air와 Gas의 양을 표준 온도 곡선과 일치하도록 자동으로 제어한다.
• Jet Burner Type를 이용하여 불꽃을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있다.
• 챔버 내부는 1400℃이상 견딜 수 있는 내화단열 보드를 사용하였다.
• 버너의 On/Off 및 장비 Cover의 Open/Close 제어가 가능하다.
• Auto Ignition system으로 사용자의 안전과 편리성을 고려하였다.
• 전압을 인가하기 위한 별도의 Control Rack이 설치되어 있다.
• 전압 인가부위에 안전 커버를 장착하여 감전에 의한 사고를 예방하였다.
• DAQ System을 이용한 시험결과를 자동 저장 및 출력이 가능하다.
• 온도상승이 끝난 후에는 전선의 통전 여부를 확인하여 피복의 Melting에 의해 단락 혹은 합선되는 곳이 없는지 확인
• 규정 시간에 따른 HC Fire Curve 를 통한 온도 및 그래프로 표시
